A yummy way to use up all those candy canes.
What You Need
400 g white chocolate
125 g thicken cream
1/4 teaspoon Peppermint Essence,
10 Peppermint candy canes
What To Do
- Break chocolate into pieces and place into bowl. Add cream and peppermint essence. Melt on 50 deg. Speed 1 for 3 mins. Transfer mixture into another bowl and place in the fridge for 4 hours to chill.
- Meanwhile in a clean bowl crush candy canes on turbo for 1 sec. Set aside.
- Line a tray with non-stick baking paper. Roll teaspoonful of chocolate mixture into a ball. Then roll ball into the bowl of crushed candy canes. Place on the prepared tray. Repeat with remaining chocolate mixture.
- Place in mini cupcake liners.
