Samantha’s Thermomix Hamburgers
2 x sticks of celery
Fresh herbs – parsley or basil
1 clove garlic
Place all these ingredients chop on speed 7.
Add 500g mince
2 heaped teaspoons of Dijon mustard
Squirt of BBQ sauce or tomato sauce
1 cup of breadcrumbs (made in Thermomix with left over bread and store in freezer for future use)
Mix through in the Thermomix on reverse speed 5 or 6 for 20 sec. Roll mixture into patties.
Assemble hamburger to your liking.
