Memory Box Part 1

Each of my children have their own memory box (or keepsake box). It is stored up high in their wardrobes and in there are special momento’s, gifts and items. Some of the items are birthday cards, baptism candle, school personalised tea towels, art pieces they’ve made, etc.

I bought the boxes from Ikea they are called the Kassett  box they came in plain white I thought we could have some fun with them.

Here’s what we did for Layla’s Memory Box.

I brought ‘solid’ coloured contact from Big W and cut it into 12’x 12′ so I could place it into my Cricut. Layla wanted hearts on her box so we cut a variety of different sized hearts and we also cut a label for the front of the box saying ‘Layla’s Memory Box’.

She and I had lots of fun decorating the box.

Stay turned for Oscar’s Memory Box
